FIA Helpline Active for Immigration Complaints

FIA has provided a direct contact facility to passengers for effective resolution of immigration-related complaints at international airports.
According to FIA officials, if a passenger has a complaint against immigration staff, he can contact the helpline 051-111-345-786, while complaints can also be registered at 1991.
In addition, citizens can also send their complaints and suggestions via email to fia@gov.pk. Officials say that the complaints received will be immediately investigated and necessary action will be taken.
FIA says that the aim of the pre-departure facilitation desk and complaint system is to provide better, respectful and transparent services to passengers at airports.
