Government Reduces Diesel Price by Rs. 2 Per Liter—Petrol Unchanged

Islamabad—May 16, 2025: The government of Pakistan has announced the revised petroleum prices for the fortnight beginning May 16, 2025. According to a press release issued by the Finance Division, the price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) has been reduced by Rs. 2 per liter, while the price of MS (petrol) remains unchanged.

The new prices, based on recommendations by OGRA and the concerned ministries, are as follows:
