Iran Sends Ceasefire Proposals via Pakistan for Talks with US, Confirms Diplomatic Sources

In the context of the changing situation in the Middle East, Iran has presented new proposals for ending the war and possible talks with the United States through Pakistan. According to a report by Arab media and Al Jazeera, Iranian diplomatic sources have confirmed that Pakistan is playing the role of a formal mediator in this process.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said that Pakistan is central to any possible talks between Iran and the United States, although other countries are also ready to assist in this regard.

He added that Tehran has conveyed its proposals for a permanent ceasefire through Pakistani mediators and if a decision is made to hold talks, it will be formally announced.

Meanwhile, Iran has also highlighted its strategic partnership with Russia, under which political, security and economic cooperation between the two countries is ongoing.

On the other hand, Iranian Chief Justice Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei made it clear that talks under pressure will not be accepted, but talks on the basis of equality and mutual respect will be welcomed.
