Iran has made serious accusations against the US and Israel and called on the international community to take practical steps instead of remaining silent on the current situation.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghai said in his statement that the ongoing war against Iran is not just a regional conflict but a major struggle related to the future of humanity.
He said that some powers are violating the laws of war, targeting civilians and carrying out devastating attacks to demonstrate their power.
Esmail Baghai claimed that Iran is making efforts to defend its citizens and establish peace, while opposing forces are pushing the region towards instability.
According to the Iranian spokesperson, this is a decisive time for the world to decide whether it will stand with justice, respect and human dignity or accept the politics of force and coercion.
He said that history will remember every decision and in the current circumstances, remaining silent would also be considered a stance.
Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi is also expected to attend the BRICS summit in India, where important diplomatic contacts will be held on the latest situation in the region.
