KSE-100 Maintains Bullish Tone with Over 50% FYTD Return

The KSE-100 index maintained its bullish structure on Tuesday, ending the session firmly above the 188,600 level, as investors continued to show interest in heavyweight stocks.
Session summary:
Open: 188,579.17
High: 188,958.38
Low: 187,192.02
Close: 188,621.78
The index’s 50.14 percent FYTD gain reflects strong long-term confidence, while the 8.37 percent CYTD return signals a stable start to the new year.
Technical analysts believe that sustained volume above 450 million shares may help the index test higher resistance levels in the near term, provided global market conditions remain supportive.
They cautioned, however, that profit-taking at higher levels cannot be ruled out.
