Signs of midnight heart attack you should never ignore

Health experts have warned that although most heart attacks occur during the day, there are a large number of cases that occur late at night or early in the morning. Recognizing these symptoms in time is very important to save lives.

According to research, about 20 percent of heart attacks occur between midnight and 6 am. During this time, changes in blood pressure, heart rate and hormones put extra strain on the heart, especially for those who suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol or sleep disorders.

The first symptom is usually chest pain or pressure that often wakes you up from sleep and can spread to the neck, jaw or back. The second major symptom is difficulty breathing, which may also be accompanied by unusual sweating or trembling. The third symptom is dizziness, nausea or a feeling of faintness.

Experts say that although heart attacks cannot be completely prevented, the risk can be reduced. For this, it is necessary to reduce salt and sugar consumption, avoid smoking and alcohol, eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly.
