Lahore Traffic Police has informed citizens about the method of submitting an online objection against a wrong e-challan. Through this facility, citizens can apply for a review of their challan without visiting the concerned office.
The e-challan system of Punjab Safe Cities Authority is used to identify traffic violations and issue challans. According to Punjab Police, traffic rules are monitored and action is taken against violations in Lahore through modern technology.
If a citizen feels that a wrong e-challan has been issued in his name, he can visit the PSCA e-challan portal and view the relevant records. After checking the details of the challan, the citizen can select the review option and submit an online application.
The required information must be provided in the application. The concerned authorities will review the complaint and after the completion of the action, the applicant will be informed of the decision. The aim of this procedure is to make the process of filing a complaint easier for citizens.
In case of difficulty in submitting the online application, citizens can seek guidance from the Lahore Traffic Police on the contact number 03225638888. Citizens should also use only the official portal while obtaining information about any e-challan to stay safe from fake links and fraud.
