Iran Pushes for Legal Cases After Alleged US-Israel Military Strikes

Iran’s leadership has called for legal action against the US and Israel and has instructed the judiciary to play an active role in this regard. Iranian authorities maintain that legal channels must be adopted to compensate for the human and financial losses caused by recent military attacks.

According to Iranian media, Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said that the attacks on Iran in June 2025 and February 2026 killed and injured many civilians, while government facilities, medical centers and public service infrastructure were also damaged.

He urged the judiciary to file a wide range of cases based on these incidents so that legal action can be taken to protect the rights of the victims and hold those responsible accountable.

The Iranian leadership says that statements by some US and Israeli officials can also be considered as legal evidence related to these operations, as they mention the attacks. However, there has been no fresh official comment from the US and Israel on these claims.
