Iran-US Tensions Rise as Strait of Hormuz Security Discussed

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said that despite the war situation, daily life in Iran is continuing as usual and the government has been able to maintain the provision of public services.

He said that despite the war that has been going on for the past 15 days, the Iranian people are united and the country will emerge from this difficult phase and resume the path of development.

According to the Iranian president, the reconstruction of the damaged areas will be done better than before to make the country stronger.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has said that the United States is taking steps with allied countries to secure the Strait of Hormuz, an important sea passage for global trade.

He said that warships of different countries can be deployed in this area to keep the global trade route open.

Meanwhile, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf strongly criticised American policies, saying that American military bases in the Middle East have become a threat to regional peace.

He said that America destabilizes the region for its own interests and is focused only on protecting the interests of Israel.
