The impact of the global market has become more expensive in Pakistan

KARACHI: The impact of the increase in global gold prices is also being seen in Pakistan, where the price of gold per tola increased by Rs 1,800 in the local market today. According to the data released by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the new price per tola of gold has been recorded at Rs 340,600, while the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 1,543 to Rs 292,09.

In the international market, the price of gold has increased by $18 per ounce to reach $3,236.

Experts say that gold is becoming increasingly popular as a safe investment due to international financial pressure, inflation, and fluctuations in the value of the dollar, as a result of which prices are constantly going up due to increased demand.
