AI and cybercrime courses launched in Balochistan, new employment opportunities for youth

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybercrime courses have been launched in Chagai DH Quetta under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of the Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan said that the federal government is taking practical steps to provide skills to the youth in the field of modern technology.

Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan said that on the instructions of the Prime Minister, NewTech funds have been significantly increased so that Pakistani youth can be provided better employment opportunities in the Middle East, Europe, Korea, Canada and the United States. According to him, the move aims to double foreign exchange earnings in the next three years.

He added that the world is rapidly moving towards digitalization and Pakistan’s youth are now not just job seekers but also business creators in the field of technology. He said that Pakistan is among the few countries that have introduced a national artificial intelligence policy, which will form the basis of future economic growth.
