Internal Cracks Emerge in JAAC as Key Figures Question Direction of Protest Movement

During the ongoing protest movement in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, differences within the Joint Public Action Committee (JAAC) have come to the fore, sparking a fresh debate in political circles on the future of the organisation and its strategy.

In recent days, some prominent figures associated with the organisation have publicly expressed concerns about the current situation. These leaders believe that the movement is drifting away from its initial priorities and objectives, which may not only affect its reputation but also weaken public support.

According to political observers, differences among the leadership in any protest movement can prove to be a major challenge for it. They say that when different leaders start raising questions about the path or strategy of the movement, it increases the risk of affecting organizational unity.

On the other hand, government circles are calling this situation a strengthening of their position. According to official sources, the differences indicate that there are groups with different views within the movement who do not agree on the future course of action.

Observers believe that if the gap within the organization widens, both the momentum of the protest campaign and the public mobilization could be affected. However, some analysts disagree with this opinion and, according to them, disagreements are a natural part of any political or public movement.

Meanwhile, the attention of ordinary citizens is now focused on whether the current tension will lead to negotiations or lead to further confrontation. Many civic circles say that daily life and business activities have been affected due to the continuous protests and closures, so all parties should show restraint and seriousness.

The business community is also keeping a close eye on the situation. According to traders, only political stability and improved law and order can support the local economy.

According to analysts, the coming few days could prove decisive for JAAC. If the organization overcomes internal differences, it can maintain its political strength, while further escalation of differences could be a new test for it.

Amidst all this, the people of Azad Kashmir are waiting for a solution that will reduce political tensions, restore economic activities, and promote stability in the region.
