Manmohan Singh, the former prime minister of India, died at age 92

New Delhi: Former prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh passed away today at 92. He was the former prime minister of India and a vital character in most of the modern Indian political stratum. He was earlier admitted to Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after his health deteriorated.

In his two terms as prime minister of India from 2004 to 2014, Dr. Singh has played a critical role in guiding the country through some very steep political and economic challenges. He was the finance minister of India from 1991 until 1996; his calmness and economic knowledge helped him to participate in Indian economic liberalization programs.

There’s only one Manmohan Singh who is famous for his services and contributions towards the economic upliftment of India and the United States of America. Upon the death of a president who has left a political heritage, condolences messages and words of appreciation are coming from all over the world.
