Gold Prices Dip in Pakistan After Hitting Record Increase
Karachi: A drastic rise in the gold price led to a decreasing trend in the gold values recorded in the domestic market.
All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association reported that gold price reduced by Rs. 200 per tola after reaching Rs. 289,400.
On the other hand, the price of gold dropped to Rs. 248,113 per ten grams and other rates after its peak.
After a slump of $2, the present international gold costs per ounce now stand at $2,770.
Local consumers get little relief on price line when gold prices decrease, but demand continues at all-time highs.
