Panjgur operation successful, 3 terrorists killed, President, Prime Minister and Chief Minister of Balochistan pay tribute to security forces

Security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in Panjgur district of Balochistan and foiled a terrorist plot, in which three militants were killed. The country’s leadership has paid tribute to the professionalism and courage of the forces.
According to official sources, the operation was carried out on the basis of specific information where there was information about the presence of terrorists. The forces surrounded the area and completed the operation effectively.
President Asif Ali Zardari said in his statement that the sacrifices of the security agencies and the nation’s resolve in the war against terrorism are worthy of pride. He clarified that operations against anti-national elements are indispensable for national security.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also declared the operation a success and said that the struggle will continue until terrorism is eliminated. He appreciated the professional capabilities of the forces and said that anti-national networks will be foiled at all costs.
Chief Minister Balochistan Sarfaraz Bugti said that full cooperation with the security forces will continue to establish peace in the province and no space will be left for terrorists.
Officials say that intelligence-based operations are being further intensified to ensure peace and stability in Balochistan.
