Karachi: The parliamentary members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have chosen to communicate with the party’s leader Imran Khan about the expulsion of member Sheer Afzal Marwat while dissent emerges within the organization.
Marwat gave an emotional speech at a recent parliamentary party meeting conducted by Gohar Ali Khan which involved members such as Zartaj Gul and Junaid Akbar where he requested reasons for his party expulsion. Members of the political party now request an assessment of the expulsion decision to understand why Marwat lost his position and demand better clarity from leadership. Barrister Gohar stated this internal PTI matter needs internal resolution according to the party procedures. The decision signals increasing internal disputes within PTI because party members need better direction and unity to face upcoming political difficulties.
